Please report any bugs you find to [email protected].

 

Please include:

 

    A detailed description of the problem.

    Your operating system (e.g. Windows 10 ).

    The version of IvyBackup ( Help>About )

    A step-by-step description of how we can reproduce the problem.

    A screen capture (where appropriate).

 

The step-by-step description is particularly important. If we can't reproduce your problem, then we probably won't be able to fix it.
