How do I report a bug?

Please report any bugs you find to support@ivybackup.com.

Please include:

  • A detailed description of the problem.
  • Your operating system (e.g. Windows 10 ).
  • The version of IvyBackup ( Help>About ).
  • A step-by-step description of how we can reproduce the problem.
  • A screen capture (where appropriate).

The step-by-step description is particularly important. If we can’t reproduce your problem, then we probably won’t be able to fix it.
