What is a backup file filter?

A file or folder filter lets you further fine tune a backup job.

If you want to include only certain files, add an include file filter. For example, to include only pdf files you would add: *.pdf as an include file filter.

To add more than one include file filter, separate each filter by a comma (,). To exclude certain files you would do the same and add the excluded file filter for the file you wish to exclude.

You can also choose which files or folders to specifically exclude.
